office you may get the feeling that it is kind of a "Cheers
Bar" of physical therapy. Everyone, patients, doctor and
staff interact in a friendly, comfortable manner.
Chiropractic
care can involve a series of visits,so it is important to
establish a rapport with one another. We are convinced that
once you are accepted into the pactice that together we will
have a very successful relationship.

Chiropractic Solutions is BIG on educating you to make
"right" choices for you, your health and even your
family. We want to answer all your questions and explain everything
in advance. It is a "No surprises" office.

you understand who we are, what we do and why we do it, the

We take our time to explain the biomechanics of the spine
and nature of the nervous system.
The First
Visit is a complimentary visit in which
- You complete
typical patient application paperwork
- Watch
a short video about chiropractic treatment and health
- Discuss
with the doctor the reason for your visit, your symptoms
and your health goals
- The Doctor
will review your health history, and record important information
into the file, the goal is to see if chiropractic is likely
to help you.
- All private
information will be kept confidential and private
- Please
be sure to bring your driver's license and insurance card
in order for us to process your insurance
- At this
time, you may decide you want a more detailed report which
will enable both you and the doctor to decide if the desired
results can be obtained through treatment and may schedule
x-rays
Second
visit
- The doctor
will give you the Report of Findings, the diagnosis and
prognosis. If we think we can help you we will take you
on a tour through the facility and explain in detail what
the Pettibon protocols involve.
