What is the difference between Pettibon and other chiropractic?

Chiropractors are doctors who are trained in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the effects these disorders have on general health. There is an emphasis on manual techniques, including joint adjustment and/or manipulation, with a particular focus on the subluxation. A vertebral subluxation is a relatively common condition in which a spinal vertebra has lost its proper positioning with one or both of its neighboring vertebrae which interferes with the nervous system.

Traditional chiropractic focuses mainly on subluxations and correcting them. Unfortunately, not much attention or focus is put into permanent realignment of the spine, nor does traditional chiropract have the ability to restore or put proper curves back into the neck and back. Traditional chiropractic may provide temporary relief, but, generally does not result in long-term, permanent correction. In fact, it is just not possible with traditional chiropractic to achieve permanent realignment the spine. The traditional chiropractic manipulations serve to temporarily take the pressure off the nerves, hence the patient feels better.

At Advanced Chiropractic Solutions our focus is to provide permanent posture corrections, spinal regeneration, and permanent pain relief. I specialize in individuals with scoliosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, back and disk problems.

The Pettibon postural regenerative programs are unique from all other rehabilitation programs and standard chiropractic treatments. I am able to achieve rapid changes with Pettibon, not only in an individual's posture but ultimately in changing their overall health.
